Anniversary roses from Paul :) He knows what I love and he did SO well picking out this bunch! We celebrated with a bottle of champagne, some steak and asparagus (mmm!) with chocolate mousse for dessert. The weather wasn't great for going out (or grilling), but we had a good time with candle light and lightning bolts as we ate our dinner.
Red painted roses - so pretty! (although the difuse morning light in the kitchen doesn't do them justice!) The have beautiful "paintbrush strokes" on the petals.

With flash - ack!

Where did Paul learn to be so appreciative & loving? I am so proud of my son, for being the man he is, for finishing his education and getting a great job and picking someone as wonderful as you Julie. We are all in awe of him. Thank you Paul for becoming a real man. You are an example to all of us in your family. I have an anniversary gift & will send soon. Life has too much drama for me. Love you both, Mom Margie
