We have SOD and landscaping (8/14)... thanks to Hurricanes Bonnie & Charley the grass was well watered.

The kitchen is coming along nicely - still a bit to be done, but we've got a mircowave (still needs to be vented!), the dishwasher and sink are not correct...

The living room (without its carpet)... eyeball lights over the fireplace and the painted mantle are new and a ceiling fan will be installed
